LOCAL NATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY RETURN POLICY

1. Shipping / Delivery / Pick Up Policy (Nationwide & Local)

Processing Time: "All treats are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to bake and prepare your order before it ships."

Shipping Schedule: "To ensure your treats arrive fresh and don’t sit in a warehouse over the weekend, we only ship Monday through Wednesday."

Weather Disclaimer: "During summer months or for shipping to warm climates, we recommend Expedited Shipping. We are not responsible for melted items if standard shipping is selected." (Some products will not be shipped during peak summer months. )

Carrier Liability: "Once your order leaves our kitchen, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier. However, please contact us within 24 hours if there is a major issue!"

2. Local Pickup & Delivery Policy (Danville Area)

Pickup Location & Time: "Local pickup is available at Danville Farmers Market  629 Craighead St, Davnille, Va. 24541. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email/text to schedule a specific 30-minute pickup window."

Delivery Radius: "We offer local delivery within a 5-mile radius of 24540 for a flat fee of $7.90. Deliveries outside this range must be shipped or pick up at the Danville Farmers Market

No-Show Policy: "If you miss your scheduled pickup window, your treats will be held for 24 hours. Because our items are perishable, we cannot offer refunds for orders not picked up."

3. Refund & Return Policy 

Perishable Goods: "Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on food items."

Order Changes: "Cancellations or changes to orders must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled ship or pickup date."

Issues/Damages: "If you receive the wrong item or your order is significantly damaged, please email us a photo at Kirri@JoinRoyalSweetsAndTreats.Com within 24 hours of receipt so we can make it right."
